We sell two forage products made from sainfoin (learn more about sainfoin here) and the difference is actually quite simple.

Our Sainfoin Forage Pellet is 100% sainfoin hay. That's it.

Our Seasons Biome Blend is completely different. The pellet in the Biome Blend is 65% sainfoin and contains other high value, nutrient dense foods to meet specific nutritional targets for balanced optimal health in your horse. In addition this pellet contains a leafy mixture composed of a variety of organic prebiotic plant material that is meant to replicate the natural environment to support microbial health.
