Refund Policy
Products manufactured by StableFeed are natural food products without preservatives. Storage instructions are included with your order. Unopened products are eligible to be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
StableFeed endeavors to fill every order accurately, and your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an incorrect item, you are welcome to keep it. However, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may correct our mistake and ship you the correct item (at our expense) or refund your original order (minus the shipping cost).
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Shipping Policy
Order Fulfillment
For orders placed on the website: we generally have enough inventory to complete your order within 5 business days. If your order will be delayed beyond that we will give you the option to wait for the order, substitute an item that we have in stock, or cancel the order. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. If you live in the Olmsted County area of Southeast Minnesota we can arrange for free local pickup (choose that as your delivery method). Please enter the pickup location (e.g., local barn) as the shipping location and make sure you include contact information so we can arrange pickup when your order is ready.
